Relating to amending certain article of the Revised Civil Statutes providing for proceedings in tax suits and the manner provided by law in ordinary foreclosure suits in the district courts of this State; providing that sales contemplated in tax foreclosure suits shall be made in the manner prescribed for the sale of real estate under execution.
