Relating to prohibiting the ownership of land in Texas by persons of foreign birth who have not taken out naturalization papers; prohibiting the ownership of land in Texas by any firm, stock company or corporation, a majority of whose shares or stock is held by persons of foreign birth who are not citizens of the United States; providing escheat in certain cases; prescribing penalties for violation of the provisions hereof.
