Relating to creating the London Independent School District, known as Common School District No.2, in Nueces County, Texas, to provide for the election of trustees, for the raising of revenue, issuing bonds, building and maintaining public free schools, declaring valid an issue of bonds heretofore made, declaring valid a maintenance tax heretofore levied.
