Relating to amending certain title of the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to the manner of enforcing the attendance of witnesses where money, property, or other things of value has been obtained under false pretenses, or by uttering or delivering any check, draft or order in payment of any obligation to defraud; prescribing the manner in which such witnesses may be required to attend any trial; providing for their pay.
