Relating to changing the name of the Forty-fourth Judicial District Court of Texas to the "Dallas County District Court of Domestic Relations," and restricting the jurisdiction of said court in part and extending its jurisdiction in part; conferring concurrent jurisdiction in civil cases on the two Criminal District Courts of Dallas County with the Fourteenth and Sixty-Eighth District Courts.
