Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide that any textbook contractor shall make a bond of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) for each basal textbook adopted, and three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) for each supplementary textbook adopted; providing that the contract and bond shall be prepared by the Attorney General, payable in Travis county; providing that the bond may be sued upon from time to time; providing that the Textbook Commission may, upon twenty days' notice, require a new bond to be given.
