Relating to granting permission to Charles Peterson to bring suit against the State of Texas in the district court of Anderson county, Texas, or in the district court of Travis county, Texas, for damages for personal injuries received by him while on duty as a bridge carpenter in the employ of the Texas State Railroad; providing that such suit may be filed within two years after this act takes effect; and providing that such cause of action shall not be barred until two years after this act takes effect.
