Relating to validating all sales of public free school land, University land and Asylum land which were made after forfeiture for non-payment of interest but prior to the entry of such forfeiture on the account kept with the purchaser, and all sales of said land which were made upon applications filed prior to the cancellation of a former sale for the failure of the owner to reside on the land.
