Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure providing for the place where judgments of death by electrocution shall take place; providing for the erection of houses or necessary arrangements to be made for execution; providing for transfer and maitenance of convicts after death penalty has been rendered pending the carrying into effect of said judgment.
