Relating to granting permission to Mrs. F. E. Gardner, surviving widow of W.S. Gardner patient and inmate of the State Epileptic Colony, to bring suit against the State, to ascertain, fix and establish her claims for his death as the result of wounds alleged to have been inflicted by another inmate under the control of the State.
