Relating to creating the Bishop Independent School District in Nueces county, Texas, defining its metes and bounds, providing a board of trustees, therefor, for raising revenue, issuing bonds, vesting it with the rights, powers and duties of districts incorporated for school purposes only under the general laws of the State of Texas.
