Relating to authorizing the sale of portions of Harbor Island and other islands in the Red Fish Bay, Corpus Christi Bay and Aransas Bay, and certain lands under the shallow waters of Red Fish Bay, Corpus Christi Bay and Aransas Bay with certain restrictions; prohibiting the consolidation of ownership of any of the lands or frontage herein authorized to be sold and providing for the forfeiture of any such lands or frontage acquired under this Act, should any consolidation be entered into.
