Relating to declaring corporations, receivers, or other persons operating railroads in this State, to be liable to employees for injuries received through the negligence of such employer, officer, agent or servant, or in the case of death from such injury, to be liable to the surviving widow and children, or husband and children and mother and father of the deceased; and if none, then of the next of kin dependent upon such employees.
