Relating to incorporating and creating the Seagoville Independent School District of Dallas county, Texas, for free school purposes only, defining its boundaries, and providing for the election of a board of trustees, for the raising of revenue by taxation, issuing of bonds for raising money for building purposes, and for maintaining public free school therein.
