Granting to any company participating in the operation of the Texas Catastrophe Property Insurance Association a premium tax credit for payment of its share of claims totaling more than $100 million in losses in the event that any occurrence or series of occurrences results in total losses in excess of that amount in a single calendar year; and amending the Texas Catastrophe Property Insurance Pool Act.
