Relating to creation and duties of the office of district attorney of the 355th Judicial District, to the application of the Professional Prosecutors Act to the district attorneys of the 349th and 355th Judicial Districts, to the duties and authority of the district attorney of the 253rd Judicial District, and to representation of the state in cases before the 75th, 253rd, and 344th District Courts.
