Remarks: This Act takes effect September 1, 2017, except Sections 258.155 and 258.156, Occupations Code, as amended by this Act, and Section 258.1554, Occupations Code, as added by this Act, take effect March 1, 2018; and Sections 258.002, 258.054, and 265.001, Occupations Code, as amended by this Act, take effect September 1, 2018.
