Relating to amending certain statute creating the 84th Judicial District by providing that same shall be revised and be extended beyond the time of its expiration, so that it would not expire within two years from the time that it took effect, as was provided in said statute, providing that the 84th Judicial District shall continue in force to be composed of the counties of Carson, Hutchinson, Hansford, Ochiltree and Hemphill.
