Relating to amending a certain Statute so as to provide that the county judge may in his discretion require a guardian of an estate to give bond with one or more corporations authorized to execute surety bonds in this State as surety, in such amount as may be fixed by the judge, and providing for guardian bonds with two or more good and sufficient sureties to be approved by county judges.
