HB 78, 40th 1st C.S.
Relating to providing for the payment of poll taxes by agent, and delivery of poll tax receipts to the person paying the same, prescribing the conditions under which poll taxes may be paid by an agent, providing that the receipt shall be delivered to the person only who is described in the receipt and fixing a penalty for the violation thereof and repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
