Relating to the manner in which bail shall be taken in cases of felony and misdemeanor, and providing in cases of felony upon the affidavit of the District or County attorney, for the creation of a lien on the property of the sureties described in the bail bond, the recording of same by the County Clerk, or clerks in the Counties where lands shown in said bond is situated.
