Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure of the state of Texas adopted at the Regular session of the thirty-ninth Legislature of the State of Texas so as to provide that County Attorneys shall receive some fee in gaming cases in Justice Courts as he now receives in County Court for gaming cases.
