HB 154, 40th R.S.
Relating providing that any person driving a motor vehicle, motorcycle or other vehicle when approaching the intersection of a public street or highway with the tracks of a steam railroad or interurban railroad shall, before attempting to make the said crossing, bring said vehicle to a complete stop; creating a misdemeanor.
