SB 286, 39th R.S.
Relating to requiring railroad companies that heretofore have constructed, or that hereafter may construct, railroads through or into any town or city in this State, to construct and form a physical track in connection with any other railroad that heretofore has been, or that hereafter may be, constructed through or into such town or city when ordered to do so by the Railroad Commission of Texas; prescribing a penalty for violation of such orders made by the Railroad Commission.
