Relating to appropriating one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) to pay in full the surviving heirs at law of General T.J. Chambers for 5,004 acres of land condemned by the Republic of Texas for the purpose of establishing a seat of government, upon which the city of Austin now stands and upon a part of which the State Capital is built.
