SB 72, 39th R.S.
Relating to amemending certain statute relating to the judges of the district courts and county judge of counties of certain population a juvenile board of such county and prescribing the powers and duties of such board, including the appointment by it of probation officers and providing for the payment of compensation for the payment of compensation for such officers and allowing the said district judges an additional salary to be paid out of the general fund of such county; providing for the fixing of such additional salary by the commissioners' court of such counties.
