HB 55, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide for equitable action by way of bill of review in favor of persons against whom a final judgment on forfeited bail bond or forfeited recognizance has been entered where such persons have a meritorious cause of action and were prevented by fraud, accident or mistake from presenting meritorious defenses at the trial of the case in which such final judgment has been entered.
