HB 421, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that when a suit for divorce is filed in this state against a non-resident of the state, and defendant appears and files an answer, and cross-bill thereto, and therein that the right of the defendant to have the cross-bill and issue raised by it, heard and determined by the court, shall not be defeated by a dismissal or withdrawal of the plaintiff's suit.
