HB 107, 38th R.S.
Relating to making it an offense for any husband to willfully, or without justification, desert, neglect or refuse to provide for the support and maintenance of his wife in destitute or necessitous circumstances, or any parent who shall willfully desert, neglect or refuse to provide for the support and maintenance of his or her child or children under the age of sixteen year in destitute or necessitous circumstances; prescribing a penalty therefor.
