Relating to making provision for the erection by the State of Texas of a monument on the Capitol grounds at Austin, Texas, in honor of those in the military service of the United States who gave their lives in the late war between the United States and Austria-Hungary; constituting the Governor, Attorney General and Superintendent of Public Buildings and Grounds a board to carry out the purposes of the Act; making an appropriation of twenty-five thousand ($25,000) dollars to carry out the purpose of this Act
