HB 501, 36th R.S.
Relating to requiring persons, firms, corporations and joint stock companies owning or operating any street car line or lines within the State of Texas, to provide suitable seats for the employees on street cars; setting out persons who shall be liable to punishment for failure to comply with this Act; declaring that failure to comply with this Act shall be a misdemeanor and fixing the penalty therefor.
