Relating to regulating the practice of public shorthand reporting, creating an examining board, defining its powers, providing for fees and their disbursement and for examinations, prescribing when examinations shall be waived, prescribing qualifications of general shorthand reporters, defining the term "general shorthand reporter," prescribing when transcript of testimony shall be competent evidence, providing a penalty for violations of this Act, with a repealing clause.
