HB 429, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide that every individual, company, corporation, or association, owning, operating or managing, any gas, electric light, electric power, or water works within this State, shall make quarterly reports to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, showing the amount of gross receipts from the sale of gas, electric light, electric power, or water, for the next preceding quarter.
