Relating to constituting Bexar county the Thirty-seventh, Seventy-third and Eighty-seventh Judicial Districts, providing for the present judges of the Thirty-seventh, Forty-fifth, Fifty-seventh and Seventy-third Judicial Districts to continue to hold their offices for the respective term for which they were elected.
