HB 192, 36th R.S.
Relating to repealing certain statute levying and collecting from every male person, between the ages of 21 and 60 years, resident within this State on the 1st day of January of each year (Indians not taxed and persons insane, blind, deaf and dumb, or those who have lost one hand or foot excepted), an annual poll tax of $1.50; providing that no county shall levy more than 25 cents poll tax for county purposes.
