HB 530, 35th R.S.
Relating to prohibiting any person or corporation from compelling, by making such a condition of employment, any person to enter into an agreement not to join or be a member of any labor organization; declaring that no agreement to act or not to act in furtherance or contemplation of any trade dispute shall be criminal; prohibiting certain false adverting or false pretenses or representations for the purpose of causing workmen to move about the state, and providing that any workmen injured have cause of action for damages and attorney's fees; providing that it be unlawful under certain penalties for any person to hire armed guards or for a person armed with deadly weapons to come into and remain in the State except with permit from the Governor with certain limitations; prohibiting the giving by county or city officials the right to bear arms by other than the citizens of the county or city.
