Relating to preserving, propagate and protect wild game, wild birds and wild fowl of the State, to provide adequate penalties for the unlawful taking, slaughter, sale, purchase or shipment thereof; providing for the appointment of deputy game commissioners and fixing their salaries, defining the duties and powers of the Game, Fish and Oyster Commissioner and his deputies.
