Relating to amending the Penal Code of 1911, by adding article 485a, providing that if any person shall falsely assume or pretend to be a judicial or ministerial officer and while so falsely pretending shall perform a pretended or mock marriage shall be guilty of a felony, providing for punishment therefor.
