Relating to defining and regulating the practice of Optometry to create a Board of Examiners in Optometry for the examining and licensing of Optometrists and to issue the Certificates as provided; to prescribe the qualifications of applicants for license in Optometry; to provide for registration of Optometrist, and to fix penalties.
