Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of Hamilton County, Texas, to provide by order for licenses to be issued to non-residents desiring to hunt quail in said county, upon payment of a fee of Twenty-five ($25) Dollars per license per annum; prescribing punishment for hunting quail in Hamilton County without license.
