HB 653, 46th R.S.
Relating to authorizing any county, one or more boundaries of which coincident with any part of the International Boundary between the United States and Mexico, or any county contiguous to any county of such described class, which may have entered into an agreement with the United States to acquire and upon request convey to the United States land or interest in land desired by the United States in aid of navigation, irrigation, flood control, or improvement of water courses, and in order to accomplish the purposes specified in said Article.
