HB 458, 46th R.S.
Relating to levying a tax upon every person, firm, corporation, or association of persons, doing domestic or intrastate business within the State and engaging in the business of selling, manufacturing, purchasing, consigning, using, shipping, or distributing of soda water, ginger ale, Coca-Cola, lime cola, pepsi-cola, Dr.Pepper, and/or any and all bottled commonly referred to as soft drinks; making an appropriation; providing penalties for the violation of this act.
