Relating to the Counties of Mason, Menard, Kerr, Schleicher, Crockett, Sutton, Kimble, Real, Edwards, Blanco, Llano, Kendall, Gillespie, El Paso, Hudspeth, Culberson, Val Verde, Kinney, Maverick, Terrell, Brewster, Harris, and Jefferson; requiring a Resident Hunting License of any resident citizen of this State hunting in said Counties, with certain exemptions; providing a suitable penalties for violation of any provision of this Act.
