Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas by amending Sections 1, 16, 18, 24 and 28 of Article 5, Section 40 of Article 16, Section 56 of Article 3, and revoking and repealing Section 19 of Article 5, so as to do away with Justices of the Peace and Constables, and conferring upon the County Courts jurisdiction of all cases civil and criminal formerly within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Justices of the Peace.
