SB 202, 48th R.S.
Relating to requiring all state and district officers that are appointed by the Governor of Texas and are required to be confirmed by the Senate of Texas, to take the oath of office and qualify within ten days from the date of the confirmation of such appointee by the Senate of Texas; repealing all laws or parts of laws, both general and special, in conflict with this Act.
