SB 105, 48th R.S.
Relating to amending Article 650, Code of Criminal procedure, which makes severance of two or more defendants jointly prosecuted a matter of right, so that said Article shall read as hereinafter stated and provide that where tow or more defendants are jointly indicted or charged with any penal offense, whether felony or misdemeanor, they must be tried jointly unless the court in the Exercise of its sound discretion grants a severance for good cause shown.
