Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that the degree entered in adoption proceedings shall designate the natural parent or parents thereby deprived of parental status and rights, and providing that the adoption laws shall not be construed to deprive any natural parent, except the parent designated in the adoption proceedings of such natural parent's status, rights and duties.
