Relating to amending certain Article so that the Banking Commissioner may adequately examine Credit Unions, providing for the appointment of Credit Union Examiners and the salary and traveling expenses of such Examiners, for the collection of fees therefor and providing for the deposit of said fees with the State Treasurer.
