HB 296, 48th R.S.

Relating to providing that no compensation or salary shall be paid to any officer or employee of this State or of any district, agency, instrumentality, county or municipal corporation thereof for any period of time during which such officer or employee shall, for any reason, fail or refuse to discharge the duties of his office or employment.
