HB 512, 49th R.S.
Relating to authorizing cities having a population of more than ten thousand inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census and within a county having a population of more than three hundred thousand inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census to annex uninhabited territory within one-half of one mile of an occupied place of dwelling in such city.
